We've been busy

here is "The Happs"

Can't get Preston to sleep in his bed.

He thinks its funny to sneek in with Brother,

Ok, they both think its funny.

But he will sleep here!?!

Where did we get this kid anyway?

Blond hair, blues eyes, and an easy breezy personality.

This month was our last month with Disney passes.

The boys think "the park" means Disneyland.

Spoiled.

Christian actually said, "I don't want to go to Disneyland today".

Sweet Baby Girls

I wasn't blessed with having a baby girl of my own,

but I did get to have the sweetest little baby sister EVER!

Kara is almost 9 years younger than me

so I got to help feed,

bath,

nap,

and watchover her.

She was like my little doll.

I loved to dress her up

do her hair

and dance with her.

I knew what she liked to eat

how to put her down for a nap

and how to make a "special potion"

to get her to stop crying.

She was my mini me.

I loved her like my own baby girl. Now she is a beautiful woman

and

I look up to her.

She is my little sis

and

best friend too.

It is funny how these baby girls grow up

and slip away from us so quickly.

My sweet baby girl Kara just gave birth to her own sweet baby girl,

Ivy.

She too was perfect

and sweet

and slipped away from us too quickly.

This is what sweet baby girls do.

they grow up and make us proud.

Kara you are so brave

and pure

and loving.

You are made up of everything that makes a wonderful Mommy.

Thanks for letting us share Ivy with you,

even if it was just for a short time.

I love you my sweet baby sis!!!

Everyday a New Injury

Everyday we have a new injury.

Just as Preston's last bump on the head bruise goes away,

he aquires a new one.

Scrapped knee,

bruised shins,

and doggy bites.

Mom is trying to have a sense of humor about it.

At least someone thinks its funny!
