Old Friends, Old Town, and some Old Ghosts

This weekend Jeff and I had a HOT date, and we doubled with my BFF Ange and her hubby Craig. They were vacationing in San Diego and we met in Old Town San Diego for dinner. It is so fun to be a tourist in your own town....well kinda. It was so fun to see them, catch up, and have some good laughs. We ate at an Italian retaruant that was OK, but our waiter was italian. Jeff totally embarrassed me by outing me to the waiter that I parlo italiano and I had to follow up with some really rusty and remedial italian.
Ma che vergonia!!
Old Town if so beautiful and fun to explore. We took in a visit to the old Whaley house. The most haunted house in the U.S. (google it) It was pretty creepy and we solicited the spirits, but to no avail, no ghostly sightings for our party.

Thanks Christiansens for sharing your vacation time with us, for taking in some good food, and friendly ghosts.

And thanks Jeff for the roses. I love them!

I think there are ghosts all over the place in the picture of us on the Whaley House steps. See all the bluriness?

We loved our quick visit. Thanks again for parloing italian for us at dinner. It was totally hot. :)

I have to admit that I'm a bad blog-commenter. I TOTALLY blog-stalk you. I love your blog. Maybe the reason for not commenting is because I always have so (or too) much to say, so I don't say anything at all. Whatever. Anyway, I love and adore you, always have and always will. Your fam is DARLING! And I want to come visit you in Sunny Calif one of these days. xoxo
